Quote for Final

Major influence is a manga called Nana and one of it's lead characters.

“People’s feelings are easily swayed. The things reflected in people’s eyes are full of deception. Nothing is as it appears.”

"I needed something solid like that in this dirty, disappointing world.”

"You know, I searched and searched, but could never find the key that unlocked the way. And now
look at me"

"People are only what they think of themselves."

"Getting carried away is stupid, it won't get you anywhere."

"Who cares what's wrong or right?
It's money that matters"

"You know, I searched and searched, but could never find the key that unlocked the way. And now
 I stopped looking"

“I might cry tomorrow, but I may be smiling the day after. That's enough. That's the way life is.

Not really sure what I should go with.

Final Model- First Iteration

Since my weakest point is modelling, I decided to spend a good amount of time getting the topology correct. This is so that when I rig the face it will deform smoothly. I found the nose to be most difficult. This model took about 3 days to complete.

I used Emma Watson for the base model.

The reason there is a line is because it thinks it is a border edge. Will fix for 2nd pass.

There are also a few places I need to fix such as the lines being too close together.

For the next pass I hope to Add:
Ears
Eyes
Mouth (Tongue, teeth, gums) &
Reforming the face into the final character.

I've had a hard time choosing what I wanted to do so instead of sitting around not doing any work I started the model.

Below are some references that I'd like to work with.
I do not want to do realistic.

The Look

Character to be edgy like Nana:

Thick Eye Brows, Thick eye liner:

Hair:

Hair Color:Going to play with color but keeping hair a dark color overall.

Happy with Clusters

I prefer Joint Based over Clusters. Clusters are difficult to work with.

I struggled with getting the E to look correct. I redid my clusters many times trying to figure out what is the best method.
